The end of this class offers an extended guided meditation to end a relaxing class. This is a great class for an athlete, an experienced yogi, or a beginner!

Our Deep Stretch & Yoga Nidra class is an invitation to deeply relax and restore yourself from the inside out. We begin with a gentle, deep stretch focused on releasing any tension held in the body and preparing you for a state of deep rest. We then transition into Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation practice often referred to as "yogic sleep", to systematically quiet the mind and allow the body to integrate and heal.

Hatha Yoga is a challenging but slower paced class than a vinyasa class focusing on awareness, breathing, stillness, movement, balance, and fortification. Start class with a grounding meditation, flow gently and mindfully through a series of poses, and end with a grounding meditation and savasana. All-levels welcome!

An intentional power flow to get your heart pumping, improve flexibility, and cultivate strength. This is a full body practice that starts with a dynamic warm up then transitions into a faster-paced series of Vinyasa sequences to build stamina and endurance, followed by an active cool down. Expect holds, pulses, and a lively morning workout focused on self-empowerment!

Serenity is defined as ‘The state or quality of being calm or tranquil’. This class will incorporate mindful movement, dynamic postures and close with a serene Shavasana. What better way to spend your Sunday than creating a calm peaceful environment and practicing self care.This class will leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated, and ready for the week ahead. Come and experience the rippling effect of restorative yoga! All levels are welcome.
Tuesdays 5:45pm
This challenging class mixes our Vinyasa Flow and Deep Stretch classes by incorporating powerful flows with long relaxation! Class starts with a 40-minute breath-to-movement flow to build heat in the body and build up a challenging sweat, followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching to use that warmth created to get deeper into postures. This class will leave you feeling powerful and renewed!

Sunrise Salutation is an energizing vinyasa flow. Starting with full body stretch gently warming the body up before moving into a vinyasa flow. Energy building flow to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing, fully waking the body up for the day. All levels welcome. It is always your practice to make as mello or fierce as you wish.

A class involving conscious movement connected to your breath. A wise progression of postures linked with breath. This class includes less of a challenging flow than our vinyasa flow class by incorporating longer holds of poses, allowing you to tap into the more subtle elements of the body.

Slow to Flow Vinyasa is the perfect place to start if you want to better understand vinyasa before diving into a traditional Vinyasa Flow class. It bridges the gap between learning foundational postures and moving seamlessly through them, helping you build strength, awareness, and ease in your practice.
Tuesdays 12pm
Take a break in your day with this 45-minute bodyweight class that blends strength, movement, and mindful flow. No equipment needed, just come as you are and recharge. After 45 minutes, you can head back to work or stay for an optional 15-minute guided stretch to reset your body and mind.

Slow Flow Yin Yoga is a calming blend of slow flow and yin yoga designed to help you unwind, release tension, and prepare for the week ahead. We’ll begin with gentle, mindful movement to open the body and connect to breath, followed by long, grounding yin holds to soften deeper layers of tension and stress.

Empowered Flow is a vigorous Vinyasa-style class designed to challenge both body and mind with creative sequencing, fluid transitions, and moments of intentional stillness. Namaste and Play is a fun and active flow aimed to move around any stagnant energy and leave you feeling refreshed. Expect a balance of strength and stretch with creative transitions. Feel into your body, get in tune with your breath, and get grounded in the present moment. This class offers both variations and challenges, so it is suitable for all levels. Step off your mat feeling lively, energetic, and playful!
Wednesday's 6pm
Whether you are new to yoga or a well seasoned yogi, this class is for you! A vinyasa based class with more explanation of poses, alignment, and breaking down of movements. You will gain understanding of alignment and class themes will cover the foundations of yoga beyond just the poses!
