Class will focus on calming the mind as we release tension in the body. This is a slower paced class using props to achieve a deep stretch throughout the body. The end of this class offers an extended guided meditation to end a relaxing class. This is a great class for an athlete, an experienced yogi, or a beginner!

Hatha Yoga is a challenging but slower paced class than a vinyasa class focusing on awareness, breathing, stillness, movement, balance, and fortification. Start class with a grounding meditation, flow gently and mindfully through a series of poses, and end with a grounding meditation and savasana. All-levels welcome!

Power Flow is a dynamic and energizing yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class moves through a series of poses focusing on building heat in the body while maintaining steady breathwork. Expect to challenge your muscles, engage your core, and improve your balance as you flow through sequences that combine allow you to challenge yourself in an energized practice. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice or boost your fitness, Power Flow will leave you feeling empowered, revitalized, and centered. Best suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but all levels are welcome!

Serenity is defined as ‘The state or quality of being calm or tranquil’. This class will incorporate mindful movement, dynamic postures and close with a serene Shavasana. What better way to spend your Sunday than creating a calm peaceful environment and practicing self care.This class will leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated, and ready for the week ahead. Come and experience the rippling effect of restorative yoga! All levels are welcome.

This challenging class mixes our Vinyasa Flow and Deep Stretch classes by incorporating powerful flows with long relaxation! Class starts with a 40-minute breath-to-movement flow to build heat in the body and build up a challenging sweat, followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching to use that warmth created to get deeper into postures. This class will leave you feeling powerful and renewed!

Sunrise Salutation is an energizing vinyasa flow. Starting with full body stretch gently warming the body up before moving into a vinyasa flow. Energy building flow to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing, fully waking the body up for the day. All levels welcome. It is always your practice to make as mello or fierce as you wish.
Thursdays 5:45pm
A class involving conscious movement connected to your breath. A wise progression of postures linked with breath. This class includes less of a challenging flow than our vinyasa flow class by incorporating longer holds of poses, allowing you to tap into the more subtle elements of the body.

Whether you are new to yoga or a well seasoned yogi, this class is for you! A vinyasa based class with more explanation of poses, alignment, and breaking down of movements. You will gain understanding of alignment and class themes will cover the foundations of yoga beyond just the poses!
