A Traditional combined short form of the Primary and/or intermediate series of Ashtanga. Beginner friendly; blocks, props and modifications available, but it is important to have some yoga background.
Class will focus on calming the mind as we release tension in the body. This is a slower paced class using props to achieve a deep stretch throughout the body. The end of this class offers an extended guided meditation to end a relaxing class. This is a great class for an athlete, an experienced yogi, or a beginner!

This dynamic, all-levels session combines powerful vinyasa sequences with invigorating breath work to boost your energy and mood. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, you'll flow through movements designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance mental clarity.
This slow and deliberate vinyasa flow is focused on releasing tension and cultivating mindfulness. The class ends with a guided meditation or relaxation, leaving participants with a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

Hatha Yoga is a challenging but slower paced class than a vinyasa class focusing on awareness, breathing, stillness, movement, balance, and fortification.
Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groupsand core strength. Much of the equipment that you find in a reformer class can also be used in a pilates mat workout.

Serenity is defined as ‘The state or quality of being calm or tranquil’. This class will incorporate mindful movement, dynamic postures and close with a serene Shavasana. Conscious movement connected to your breath. A wise progression of postures linked with breath. This class includes less of a flow than our vinyasa flow class, incorporating longer holds of poses allowing you to tap into the more subtle elements of the body.

Whether you are new to yoga or a well seasoned yogi, this class is for you! A vinyasa based class with more explanation of poses, alignment, and breaking down of movements. You will gain understanding of alignment and class themes will cover the foundations of yoga beyond just the poses!
