A foundational training where refined skill in biomechanics and movement principles meets subtle body awakening and nervous system intelligence
*Embodied Alchemy is an affiliate school of Circle Yoga Shala*
Start your journey as a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.
Explore yoga as a spiritual, embodied path — no teaching required.
The Embodied Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training weaves intelligent biomechanics, functional movement, and classical Hatha Yoga with somatic awakening and inquiry, nervous system intelligence, and embodied space-holding.
Our curriculum is designed to prepare you not only to teach yoga with precision and confidence, but to embody the state of presence and capacity that allows you to hold transformational space.
(biomechanics, movement principles)
(nervous system, subtle body work)
(body + mind + soul integration)
(local, ongoing, service-based learning)
Most yoga teacher trainings lean in one direction — either into the physical, focusing on form and alignment, or into the energetic, living in concepts and philosophy. Both have value, but when isolated, they reinforce the very split yoga is meant to dissolve — producing teachers who are either in the body without presence, or in the mind without embodiment.
This training bridges that gap. You’ll develop:
• Physical mastery &
• Energetic presence
The result is embodied whole teachers who can guide with precision and presence — bringing students into true unity as a lived experience.
Plus, you’ll get 50% off an unlimited membership while you’re in training!

What began as a refuge became a way of life, leading her to complete her 200-hour training in 2021. Today, she teaches weekly classes both online and in person, blending presence, breath, rhythm, and stillness. Her teaching emphasizes foundational movement and somatic inquiry, guiding students toward strength, stability, and self-discovery.

Chelsea is the heart behind Ambient Yoga, where she’s been sharing her love of practice for over 10 years both on St. Thomas and across the U.S. Living with cystic fibrosis since birth, she first turned to yoga as a way to support her health—and in doing so, discovered its deeper power for healing, connection, and growth. Trained in vinyasa, yoga nidra, flexibility, and breathwork, Chelsea creates a supportive, welcoming space for every student, especially those who may have once felt yoga was out of reach. Her role in training is both owner of the studio and guide for the community, helping future teachers feel grounded, encouraged, and connected throughout their journey.
