This full 2 day course is for those who have basic swimming abilities and wish to learn the fundamental skills that will elevate their confidence and abilities in the water. We cover theory as well as confined and open water training sessions while also showing you beginners yoga and breath work to help improve your mental and physical abilities in the water.

This full 2 day course is where we first start to look at the mastery of Freediving. We dive deeper into technique, physiology, and theory on our way to teaching you tangible differences in your diving life!

This 4-hour training includes transportation via power boat to up to two different freediving locations where you will be supported by our freediving teacher to hone your skills! You will receive personalized feedback, opportunities to challenge yourself to reach deeper depths safely, practice safety diving for others, and to meet other divers!
This 6-hour charter includes your cost and use of a power boat to create your own personalized itinerary for your day of freediving! Wherther you are looking to work on depth, swimthroughs, finning techniques, share this sport with a friend, or just looking to have a day on the water with some freediving sprinkled in, this is an excellent option for you!
