On a whim, a little over 6 years ago, I walked into a hot power yoga studio. I placed my mat perfectly between the stickers marking where to go, settled in for what was to be the hardest physical yoga class I had ever taken, and I was hooked! On a whim, a little over 6 years ago, I walked into a hot power yoga studio. I placed my mat perfectly between the stickers marking where to go, settled in for what was to be the hardest physical yoga class I had ever taken, and I was hooked! Years later I still look back on that class as a moment of transformation in my life. A 200 hour vinyasa training, countless classes both taught and taken, and I still love the practice as much as I did that first time I stepped onto my mat. For the past 3 years it has been such a joy for me to be able to share that feeling with the students I am blessed to teach.

I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago after a serious sports injury and fell in love. It’s continued to help me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off my mat. Yoga inspires me to live every moment in the present - to be and stay in the now. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Power training with Corepower Yoga and my 200 hour advanced training with Multistyle Yoga School International. I am a forever student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. I strive to create a space that allows students to explore the mind, body and soul through yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced and empowered.

She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at House of Jai (NYC) in March 2020. She teaches a variety of classes with a trauma-informed approach, specializing in slow, dynamic flows and upbeat, energetic classes. Victoria is body neutral and believes that size does not determine ability; she encourages her students to bring love of movement and gentle curiosity to their practice. In addition to yoga, Victoria is a student and coach of Human Design, facilitates Sound and Energetic healing using various modalities, and loves spending time in and around the ocean. When not engaging in movement or spiritual work, you can find Victoria at the beach with a book, enjoying a meal, or jetting off to a new destination to explore! She is happy to support you in your movement journey!

Caroline is a compassionate yoga teacher with an enthusiasm for celebrating her students' individuality. At the age of thirteen she attended her first yoga class and was intrigued not just by the physical movement but stillness of the mind yoga creates. She became devoted to the practice in her early twenties and completed her 200 YTT with Selena Gerfino yoga in 2018. Yoga has led Caroline down a path of self-discovery, self-empowerment and self-love. Her classes support students in creating both physical and emotional strength and peace. Yoga has taught Caroline that everything you will ever need is already within you, and she enjoys instilling this message to students through her classes.

When it comes to my teaching style, I am very Yin & Yang. I love to offer a difficult power flow, adding a challenge to asanas. As well, I love to slow it down for a Yin class, nurture the body and mind. Incorporating the philosophy of yoga and the chakras to my classes is crucial to me, leaving my students feeling like they are on their mat with a purpose. Being witness to my body and mind become healthier from yoga is a beautiful feeling and something I hope to share with all my students.

I have been a student of yoga for 10 years, and have been teaching ever since I moved to St. Thomas 5 years ago. The practice of yoga has brought me mental clarity, emotional strength, and physical resilience. It brings me joy to watch others unlock their potential, to see them remember what they may have forgotten, and to help them intuitively reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose and peace. My classes focus on breath and conscious movement, while adding in a sense of fun and fluidity as we incorporate many complimentary modalities into a creative and meaningful flow. I hope to constantly evolve and grow in my practice and personal life, and to continue learning so that I may pass on whatever I can to whoever needs.
