Co- owner of Ambient and manager of the Freediving School and head freedive instructor. Connor found his love for the water and found freediving to be his form of meditation. Connor has studied under 12 time world champion Carlos Coste and is duel trained in both PADI and AIDA freediving.

I placed my mat perfectly between the stickers marking where to go, settled in for what was to be the hardest physical yoga class I had ever taken, and I was hooked! Years later I still look back on that class as a moment of transformation in my life. A 200 hour vinyasa training, countless classes both taught and taken, and I still love the practice as much as I did that first time I stepped onto my mat. For the past 3 years it has been such a joy for me to be able to share that feeling with the students I am blessed to teach.

I have been a student of yoga for 10 years, and have been teaching ever since I moved to St. Thomas 5 years ago. The practice of yoga has brought me mental clarity, emotional strength, and physical resilience. It brings me joy to watch others unlock their potential, to see them remember what they may have forgotten, and to help them intuitively reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose and peace. My classes focus on breath and conscious movement, while adding in a sense of fun and fluidity as we incorporate many complimentary modalities into a creative and meaningful flow. I hope to constantly evolve and grow in my practice and personal life, and to continue learning so that I may pass on whatever I can to whoever needs.

I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago after a serious sports injury and fell in love. It’s continued to help me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off my mat. Yoga inspires me to live every moment in the present - to be and stay in the now. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Power training with Corepower Yoga and my 200 hour advanced training with Multistyle Yoga School International. I am a forever student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. I strive to create a space that allows students to explore the mind, body and soul through yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, balanced and empowered.

I teach Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative with a trauma-informed background. I adore slow, dynamic flows as well as upbeat, energetic classes. In addition, I practice Reiki, study and coach Human Design, and engage in sound healing as well as other modalities of energetic healing.
When I’m not engaging in movement or spiritual work, you’ll find me café-hopping, at the beach, or with my head in the clouds!

For fun, you’ll find her under a shade tree, strumming her guitar and singing at the beach.
A seasoned yogi, Dani’s classes invite you to both stretch, strengthen and surrender. With breath, movement and meditation, the goal is to find your center and embody the practice that suits your body. She will weave a yoga flow, fascia flossing (by Bon), and moments of quiet stillness within each class. You can count on her playful and nurturing presence… and a great playlist.
George Marshall Miller, born and bred in NYC, relocated to STT many years ago to work as a lawyer. He has taught elementary school and he has taught martial arts. He is also a licensed pilot. In July 2021 he completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and became certified.
